Our System, reserves the right fully & solely, to add or, to modify, or to delete/remove, any features or functionalities, make any changes in how this system works, manage memberships, or any other system related matters, within the PROJECT AEPAYM.
PROJECT AEPAYM reserves the rights, fully and solely, to add, or change, or modify, remove or delete any clause or terms of use, at any given point of time, without giving any intimation or giving notice to any of its community members.Our System reserves the rights, fully and solely, without any community members permission, to collaborate, or to enter into any agreement with any 3rd party dealers, or to make any tie ups with any products or services, in future also, or to remove or close any tie ups or partnerships with any person, or individual, or group, or any company, or any dealer(s). PROJECT AEPAYM only has the rights to decide it.
PROJECT AEPAYM reserves the rights, fully and solely, to add or remove, or modify or change, any of the payment gateways or payment processors, as desired by PROJECT AEPAYM System only
AFFILIATE POLICY TERMS
PROJECT AEPAYM has derived and is working on “Affiliate” Policy Formula of word-of-mouth reference publicity model to get income to its community members to fulfil their financial project’s needs. Any member of this community has NO OBJECTION of whatsoever, to follow this policy to get themselves funds. No member of this community can change or modify or claim any other formula, other than this Affiliate formula, as per their wish. Only PROJECT AEPAYM has the sole right to decide on this Affiliate System.
To be part of this this SYSTEM, a member of this community and his affiliates has to use the services and refer the system to his/her reference or contacts, without which, the affiliate Formula will not get completed.
OWNERSHIP
PROJECT AEPAYM reserves the rights, fully & solely, and owns the Trademarks and Logos and Contents of this site. You are Prohibited to use PROJECT AEPAYM Logos’ or trademark or any of its content, without the expressly consent of PROJECT AEPAYM system. Any member using this logos and trademarks to its personal benefit or any third-party benefit, will be subjected to legal action, as per Trademarks and Copyrights laws.
No Portion of the Site or services may be reprinted, or republished, modified, or distributed in any form, without PROJECT AEPAYM expressively written permission. Failing to which, will be liable for penalty or further legal actions.
VIOLATION & TERMINATION
PROJECT AEPAYM system reserves the rights, fully and solely, to Terminate, or remove, or block, or deleted, or modify the details of any member/s of this Community, without any prior permission or Intimations or notice.
Any member, who is found to be guilty, and is in breach of this agreement and terms & conditions, or otherwise found to be spreading malicious rumours or negatives about this system, or to any of its members or promoters or leaders, would be liable for immediate Termination of membership, without any notice, and any further funds from such member would be forfeited. Any kind of funds forgery, or hacking to PROJECT AEPAYM System Site, by any of its members, on finding guilty, would be terminated, and liable for further legal actions.
FEES
PROJECT AEPAYM reserves the right to get Admin Facilitation charges for running and maintaining this site, pertaining to which will charge a nominal Admin Facilitation Fee, which may change as per time. PROJECT AEPAYM has the fully right to change the Admin Charges, anytime, without prior notice. PROJECT AEPAYM has the rights, fully & solely, to use the admin charges as per their wish, without any member/s intervention and no objection.
PROJECT AEPAYM may also charge any further charges, as per time, in future, and it does not require any permission from its members. A member of this community, has NO OBJECTION, for this system to take any charges like Admin charges, Upgrade charges, etc. Member of this community is fully aware of this system taking Admin Charges, in Future also, and has NO OBJECTION in it.
LIABILITY
A member of this Community, while registering, and also after becoming a member of this community, is fully aware of the fact that this system may involve high risk or may be loss of funds, and is on his own with full willingly is joining this community, considering all the risk factors, of profit to even losses. PROJECT AEPAYM doesn’t not guarantee or claim or promises any Income or Profit guarantee. PROJECT AEPAYM is not liable for any of the losses or damages of its members in this community. In case of highly unexpected event or any government rules or laws, if this community helping system has to stop its functioning, then its creators, or its admin, or its main promoters, or any leaders, are NOT LIABLE for any Financial or emotional losses or damages of whatsoever, the member is fully and expressly aware of this fact. A member in this Community is giving DONATIONS to the other member, directly, so the member is aware that there is no scope of any REFUNDS. No Member will claim any REFUNDS of whatsoever amount either from PROJECT AEPAYM system or its Promoters or its leaders. The members are fully aware of this fact also.
The member who is donating or contributing to other members of this community, are also fully aware that they are giving Donations on their own Risks. PROJECT AEPAYM system does not give any guarantee of whatsoever that those donated funds may be used for that fund raisers projects only. PROJECT AEPAYM system does not take any responsibility in delay in its site or any services, resulting from any reasons beyond our control like act of god, terrorism, riots, acts of civil or military actives, fire, floods, accidents, any strikes, etc.
MISCELLANEOUS
PROJECT AEPAYM system reserves rights to make any alterations in these TERMS & CONDITIONS, from time to time, and anytime.
